Our intent is always to select the ideal process that best meets the situation and then customize it accordingly to maximize efficacy and time-to-market.

Our core process framework has a set of four primary phases as outlined below:

Strategize

As part of this phase, we work with our customers to understand the overall context of their business, the mechanics of their industry, their history, goal and values. We elicit information regarding their products and services, their competitors and partners. In addition, we help uncover and generate insights around their customers and target audience, including any regional and demographic considerations. Working alongside our customer stakeholders, we uncover key opportunities, and outline the operational goals and key success factors for solving their short-term and long-term business challenges.

Design

Based on the learnings and perspectives gathered during the Strategize phase, we bring our knowledge of digital media best practices, usability and technology to design effective, engaging and scalable solutions.

From a usability perspective, we first research and understand the user and their needs, specifically identifying areas that would help maximize usability and function. We design clean, practical, and usable interfaces based on these user goals, incorporating any business and/or technology constraints.

From a technology perspective, we – and in many cases, alongside our client IT team - evaluate and select the appropriate technologies, architect the overall solution, key integration points, security/access constraints, performance specifications etc. towards the goal of developing a functionally rich, scalable and robust solution.

Our methodology includes detailed documentation of the usability & technology architectures, the associated best practices, design terminology and interface designs.

Deliver

During this phase, we build, deploy, and launch your site or application, based on the design artifacts generated in the previous phase. The scale of the final deliverable could range from sophisticated, highly scalable, high-performance, complex transactional applications to simpler, marketing-oriented web sites.

Our technology team has deep and broad expertise in presentation layer platforms, middle-ware tools and backend database systems to ensure a fully functioning and well-tested system. We frequently customize and integrate with off-the-shelf tools and third-party systems to ensure a seamless business flow.

Our dedicated QA & testing team ensure that test plans are created well ahead of time and procedural test patterns such as white box testing, black box testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, compliance and security testing, of all systems are completed before the systems are launched into production.

Enhance

Production systems typically tend to require constant maintenance, service and enhancements to remain operationally available and aligned with the needs of business users. Our involvement in the day-to-day operational needs of our customer’s business, coupled with our thought leadership, inform and ultimately help us provide strategic recommendations to help our customers with their annual planning and budgeting cycles.
