Cyrus Beer Senior Consultant, Technical Architect Cyrus has over 10 years experience as a developer and IT consultant. He has deep experience with J2EE and Service Oriented Architectures as well as Ruby on Rails and the Play Framework. Cyrus also has many years of experience with database design, as well as front end experience with jQuery. Always fascinated by new technologies, Cyrus has been exploring node.js as well as client-side frameworks like Ember, Backbone, and Knockout. Brett Borgeson Assistant Vice President, Practice Development. Brett has more than 25 years of experience serving technology clients in a variety of roles. He has developed online client strategies, managed and grown accounts, and led programs for clients in the financial services, healthcare, consumer and manufacturing industries. Brett’s work has also included developing online loyalty programs, establishing new social media channels, and designing multiple online channel capabilities. He has led projects for many large companies including Analog Devices Inc., Haemonetics, Royal Philips Electronics, TD Bank and Northwest Mutual. TJ Caveney Sales Executive A graduate from University of Massachusetts, Amherst in Industrial Engineering, TJ Caveney comes with an experience of over 25 years in the field of sales pertaining to the Technology market. Prior to joining Ayantek, he had founded several companies and ran them successfully. Few of companies founded by him are New England Technical Sales (NETS), The PC Buyer Club and On-Demand Solutions and OMS Safe Harbor. NETS averaged over $100M a year for 20 years selling for more than 20 companies. At Ayantek TJ enjoys the role of a sales executive tasked with developing new business. |

Barry Clifford Manager, Marketing Programs As a long-time marketing professional, Barry has helped companies large and small, for-profit and non-, to reach their most important audiences. Beginning his career in marketing PR, he was part of the team that launched Internet travel giant Travelocity, working with technical and consumer media to communicate the true innovation that the launch of the site represented. Since that time he has grown in skill and experience, bringing his strategic and tactical prowess to clients like Weider Nutrition and Weight Watchers. After developing and then selling his own web venture, Barry helped clients in both enterprise level and grass roots organizations raise awareness and money through the use of digital channels. He has an MBA from Babson College’s FW Olin School of Management, and is now at Ayantek where he is excited to bring his marketing knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit its clients. Bill David AVP, Delivery With over a decade of experience in delivering technology solutions for a broad base of clients that includes several in the Fortune 1000 and spans the financial, healthcare, research and manufacturing sectors, Bill has been a successful manager of large, cross-discipline teams through all phases of the web development project lifecycle. Bill honed his expertise at the digital solutions agency, Molecular (Roundarch Isobar), in the "Big 5" consulting arena (Andersen Business Consulting) and most recently within the consulting arm of one of the fastest growing research institutions in the country (University of Massachusetts Medical School) where he helped to build out the technology consulting practice expertise for its web development efforts. As Ayantek’s AVP, Delivery Bill has direct leadership responsibility for Ayantek's entire services team (both onshore and offshore) and has overall responsibility for delivery and customer satisfaction. Bill received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and an MBA in Health Systems Management and Finance at the University of Connecticut. When not working, Bill can be found at one of his kids many sporting events either as a coach or proud parent. |

Laura Donia Principal Consultant, Program Manager A planner and organizer by nature, Laura brings to Ayantek more than 17 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and has worked in both product development and professional services environments. Prior to joining Ayantek, Laura was a project manager at Bit Group and Molecular, and has worked with clients such as The TJX Companies, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, PerkinElmer, Inc. and BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. Her strengths tracking details and processing information quickly and accurately help her tackle big projects and issues, approaching and resolving them systematically. Laura has a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire, and an MBA from Simmons College. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and is also an avid runner. She has taken part in both short- and long-distance races and has raised more than $30,000 running marathons for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training. |

Doug Fleming Technology Director Doug brings 25 years of experience in a broad range of roles to Ayantek. Having earned a degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University, Doug has implemented numerous technologies as an individual contributor as well as managed globally distributed teams. Prior to joining Ayantek, Doug was co-founder and CTO of a company that was a finalist at the MassChallenge business accelerator. SMAK won several awards and grants for its work in easing the burden of email and social media overload. His prior lives include senior roles with Bluestreak, Health Dialog, Delphi Technology, and Corporate Software. In his spare time Doug might be found boating with the family, or investigating and putting to practical use some interesting new technology. |

Deepti Garladinne Project Manager Deepti has over 8 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. She has a strong knowledge of both business and technology aspects of IT projects, with specific expertise in business process engineering and SDLC processes. She is a strong Analyst with extensive experience managing requirements and executing projects. Her strengths lay in managing client expectations, leveraging offshore capabilities and collaborating with cross functional teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones. Apart from work, Deepti is very active in the community – chairing on the local committees and serving local non-profit organizations. Chad Huemme Vice President, Strategy Chad Huemme is a seasoned executive with a unique blend of public and entrepreneurial/startup company experience. He has led the growth of venture backed and self funded start ups and served as executive leader in divisions of global, billion dollar public companies responsible for P&L’s up to $175M. He has also worked as an independent business consultant working with clients on sales/marketing, operations, and IT strategy. Chad’s industry experience includes desktop, enterprise, and Web software application development, business process outsourcing (BPO), supply chain management, marketing automation, social media, IT strategy, and print application workflows. He earned his undergraduate degree from Westminster College and holds a graduate degree (MBA) in finance from Northeastern University. Katerina Ivkova Consultant, Experience Design Katerina first became interested in Human/Computer Interactions while getting her IS degree in Moscow. Since then, her ability to translate feedback from real human users into improved interface design has led into a decade-long career in usability engineering. With a Masters degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, Katerina has performed detailed usability testing, user research, wireframing and information architecture design for companies like the American Institute for Research, Verizon and the MathWorks. She has also been a user experience consultant for clients like Inforescence, Jaccomo, Analog Devices, Haemonetics, Boston Capital, and Colorado State University. Now a confirmed New-Englander, Katerina loves the seasons and, when not chasing around her twin toddlers, she enjoys cooking, sewing, traveling, and taking art classes. |

Boris Krone Consultant, Interaction Architect Boris has almost 10 years of experience in conception and development of interactive websites and applications using state-of-the-art web technologies. He has worked directly and indirectly for many reputed clients worldwide including Showtime, Sears, Hummer, Palm and Cadillac and has delivered top-notch websites using HTML/XHTML, CSS, PHP/MYSQL and Flash/ActionScript languages. James Maconochie Program Director Hailing from Maidenhead England, James completed his undergraduate engineering degree at Imperial College in London, then ventured overseas to study at MIT, where he got his masters degree in Engineering with a focus in Marketing. After a stint at Morse Diesel International, he moved to Cambridge Systematics, Inc., a technology and management consulting firm, where he skyrocketed through the ranks and became a partner after only 8 years. Today, Ayantek’s clients are drawing on the benefit of James’ 15-plus years of experience managing and delivering information technology and business consulting projects. He is a passionate, creative, curious, and detail oriented team member with an exceptional ability to understand our clients’ business needs, as well as having outstanding communication and leadership skills. Ravi MV General Manager, India Operations Ravi brings over 12 years of experience in technology planning, research and software development. Steve Sgarzi Sales Executive Born and raised in the Greater Boston area, Steve started with Ayantek in 2012 and has over 18 years of sales and marketing experience. He has held senior positions and led teams in sales & business development. Having graduated from St.Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, Steve combines his successful sales experience with his passion for customer service. When asked what he likes most about Ayantek he says, “Once we win a customer, they almost never leave. This provides a lot of satisfaction and shows that what we’re doing is meaningful to many organizations. We are the company that seems to always come through for our customers – great customer service while remaining flexible and agile with the technology to satisfy any size customer. Igor Valdman Senior Consultant, Experience Design Originally from Moscow, Igor followed his interest in visual arts into a BA in Graphic Art and Illustration. Bringing his more-than-20 years of web, multimedia, and print design experience to bear on his work for Ayantek’s clients, his areas of expertise include designing the look and feel of web sites, web based applications, flash animations, logos, brand identities, corporate brochures, catalogs, direct mail pieces, illustrations, and other collaterals. During his career he has serviced multiple clients in the technology, biomedical, publishing, retail, and financial sectors, including companies like Analog Devices Inc., Haemonetics, Boston Capital, Healthcare Partners, Horizon House Publications, Merck, Novartis and Alco International. When he’s not working Igor prefers to be traveling to see the world’s great artworks and historical sites, reading about ancient and middle-age history, playing chess and enjoying food & wine. |
